Hands down, Sophia is the best realtor in Hudson County.  She's knowledgeable about the area and provides dependable insight into neighborhoods, prices, buildings, etc.  Unlike many others I've encountered in her field, she's both responsive and available but never made me feel rushed or pressured.  Her style is professional, yet relaxed and personable.  We bought a condo in Hoboken with Sophia a few years ago and we still keep in touch, recommend friends to her and when my wife and I upgraded, she helped us rent out our old place.
